Comment User Marking
We are using the standard Comment step. When this displays it includes the user who was running the flow and a date time stamp. With a mouse over on the user string you can see the account email.
Is there any way to access how this timestamp line is generated? Our company id's are generally three letters, so having just two is pretty useless. We also have some which are longer so a dynmic rule would be even better if we could implement that ourselves.

Hi Haim,
You can change the highlighted naming initials count from 2 to 3.
Basically, these initials are based on the account's first name, middle name, and last name. If all the values are given, then you'll get the initials counted as 3.
Please update the details in the account from which you're providing comments to get the expected initials.
Regards,
Amer Shaikh
