Identify recently changed or created decisions objects

Is it possible to run a query or flow to identify latest changed objects in decisions such as flows, truth tables, forms, rules etc ?

Yes, there are a few different ways we can do this. The quickest way is through using the following query:

SELECT modified_date, * FROM element_registration

ORDER BY modified_date DESC

This will fetch all items within the element_registration table (containing flows, rules, forms, etc.) and sort them by their modified date.

You can also do this in a more user friendly way by using a Fetch Entities step to grab data from that table by setting the type name to ElementRegistration, then displaying the results within a Data Grid for example.
