Migrate between Azure Managed SQL and Azure SQL server
- How can we migrate our decision database from an Azure Managed SQL Instance to an Azure SQL Server? I plan to perform a database restore, but we need advice on any SQL considerations and the steps required to reconfigure decisions to use the new server or database.
- Do Decisions recognize the difference between Azure SQL Managed Instance and Azure SQL server, and this is from Microsoft?

Yes, It should be feasible.
Both of these fall under the Azure SQL category.
If you're simply transferring your database, you can utilize our installer to 'Edit Settings' and modify the database connection string. Just make sure that the DatabaseType setting is configured as AZURE.
