Copying unit tests

We have very similar unit tests across different rule sets. Is there a way to copy unit tests from one rule set to another? It will help us speed up the testing.

Unfortunately, we can't copy Unit Tests across designer entities. However, we can make use of Sample Data, which is able to be used across multiple entities. I've attached some documentation that adds more detail here:
