Users in AD Groups

I was wondering if there is an step, that when a flow runs it pulls the users for a specific AD Group(s) in Decisions?

There exists a step, List Users in Group that can accomplish this. You'll need to install the Active Directory Module in order for additional AD steps to show in the Step catalog. To install the module, navigate to System > Administration > Features and install the Active Directory module. Now, open in the Flow Designer the step can be found under Integrations > Active Directory.
