Is there a way to utilize the attached company letterhead as an email template ?
I understand how to modify the existing template from this tutorial.

But would like to use a completely different layout than what is shown below.

The email templates in Decisions are html documents with a {{content}} tag where you want Decisions to insert the text body you specify. You will need to build an html version of your word document to use it as an email template.
Replace the text you have here with the {{content}} tag.
