When to update the Active Directory Service Account password in Decisions
Hello!
I recently changed the password for my Active Directory Service account in Active Directory.
Today upon attempting to perform a manual Sync in Decisions, it's failing.
Do I need to update the password for my AD Service account in Decisions as well for the Sync to work?

When using Active Directory, if the Service Accounts' password is updated in Active Directory itself, you will also need to update the password for the Service Account in Decisions Active Directory Settings.

To update the password for the Service account in Decisions, go to System > Settings > Active Directory Settings, from there.
The Service account is referenced as the "Elevated User" in the Decisions Active Directory settings.
