File Distribution in email

I have a flow that is generating PDFs and now I have 100 PDFs that need to go to different email addresses. I have 10 PDFs to send to each email address. How can I do this without sending 100 emails?

We have a flow step titled "Combine PDF Files" that takes in multiple PDFs and combines them into one file. Use this step to create a single PDF with the ten PDFs you want to send to each email so that each email has one attachment with all the necessary PDFs.
