Migrating Repo server to new database server

Kindly advise how we can migrate our current Repository server to a new database server without losing the data.

To migrate the instance from one server to another server, please take a backup of the following from the existing server:

The database Keys.dat and databaseid.txt file found at C:\Program Files\Decisions\Decisions Services Manager\Instances\Control. 

File Storage folder found at C:\Program Files\Decisions.

Settings.xml file found at C:\Program Files\Decisions\Decisions Services Manager.

Restore the database backup on the new server and run the Decisions installer pointing to the restored database.

The DB backup will be used to restore and yes, put all the others in their appropriate location and replace the files generated by the fresh installation.
