Functionality similar to Decisions Features page.

How can I build a page that would just look like the Decisions Features page (Found at System→Administration→Features)?

The Feature folder is not built via Decisions steps. It is something that is hard coded and cannot be replicated using the Decisions platform. However, we can build something similar to it using Form Tiles and stacks but that will have its own constraints. For example, the items cannot be grouped dynamically and cannot be moved from one line on the page to another dynamically. I have attached the doc link for form tiles and stacks for your reference.
