Multitenacy and Redis External Caching info
How is Redis used in multi-tenancy?

Redis has a default of 16 databases addressed by 0-15. This can be changed to meet needs in redis.conf if redis is hosted on a VM. The same redis server can be used for all tenants; however, you will need to change the defaultDatabase=[db number]. A consideration for the above is that this server will need higher specs if multiple tenant clusters are connected. Generally for production we want 6-8 gb ram, 2 cpu per tenant cluster.
