Lost flow changes

I was made some changes to my flow and saved, but now I don't see the changes I made. What happend to the changes?

This can happen if you break the lock on your flow by opening it on another tab or if someone else broke the lock and is editing the same flow. You probably made changes in browser A and either you or another user broke the lock and opened the flow in browser B. When the flow was saved in browser B, it overwrote the changes that were saved from browser A.
