How can I update an existing Active Directory email address within Decisions?

I have an existing Active Directory account within Decisions which I previously updated the email address of through Active Directory. After performing an Active Directory sync job in Decisions, the email address still has not been updated in Decisions. How can I update this email within Decisions?

    When performing an Active Directory sync with an existing Active Directory account within Decisions, the email address within Decisions will not be updated.


    To do so, you must manually update the Email field within the Decisions instance. You can do so by navigating to the appropriate account and right-clicking on the account found within System > Security.


    Updating and saving the Email field with the new email address set in Active Directory will make the necessary changes.
