Get a screenshot of a cell range from an excel report and add that to the email body

I have a use case where I am downloading and sending an excel report automatically to some users in an email. Recipients want the email body to contain a particular table of the report. This table contains sort of summary and the items to highlight. I want to be able to automatically copy/get a screenshot of that table and include in the email body. Is there a way to do it in decisions? What steps can I use?
