Cannot Remove Completed Assignments that are Still in Inbox?

Greetings,

I have a collection of assignments that have been completed by my Decisions users, but are still showing up in their Decisions inbox. Is there anyway to remove the completed assignments from the inbox?

Hello!

You can remove assignments from the inbox that are marked as completed but also have is_current set to true (which is why they appear in the inbox). The below query can be run to remove those assignments that meet those two criteria above:

UPDATE entity_assignment

SET is_current = 'False'

WHERE completed = 'True' AND is_current = 'True'
