How can I remove the report refresh icon from some of my reports?

I am looking to use a flow to fresh my report. I want to avoid instances where the report was refreshed manually by users. Ultimately, I am looking for the choice to have this option or not.

Hello, 

You can remove refresh icon by changing the proporties of the report viewer control on a page. It will allow you to turn the refresh option off for any specific report. 

After creating and attaching the report to a page using the report view control.

Select Report Viewer->Properties->View->Header->Show Refresh As->Select 'None' from dropdown.
