Permissions Not Working As I Expect Them To?
Greetings,
I have a dashboard in my folder tree that I only want certain users to use. I set the permissions on the dashboard folder with none of the permissions checked for the user group I don't want to see the dashboard. However, when those users log in, they can still see it. Why would this be occurring?

Hello there!
The first recommendation I have is to set the default page for this user group you DON'T want seeing this dashboard to a different folder (see step 4 of the documentation below). This should ensure they don't get directed to this upon login.

The second recommendation I have is to ensure that permission inheritance is disabled. Even if you are restricting user access to that group from the dashboard, they may still have permissions enabled closer to the root of the folder tree.
We hope these recommendations help!

Greetings Gregory,
The second recommendation was the problem at hand. Disabling permission inheritance solved the issue. Much thanks.
