SSO Redirect when Attempting to use Global Debugger

I am having trouble accessing the Decisions Global Debugger. Every time I attempt to use it, I get redirected to log in with my SSO provider. Although when I log in, it takes me to my landing page, not the Global Debugger. How do I get in to the Global Debugger?

To resolve this, you will need to change cookie settings in two places, the Settings.XML, and in system settings. 

For Settings.XML, change "DefaultSameSiteCookieMode" to "None", and restart the service. The easiest way to do this is via the Decisions Installer. 

For the System Settings, you can do this through System > Settings > Integration Settings > change Security Option to "Secure"
