Incoming message how to convert ascii encoding message to UTF-8

We receive an incoming HL7 message that is encoded with ascii format. How can we convert the message in Decisions to be encoded in UTF-8 format before the message is processed?

This is not currently an option within Decisions for HL7 messages. However, we are working on this and will keep you updated if this capability is implemented in the future.
