Customize Form Control Titles in normal forms

Can we make the title merge with the border of the form control when selected ? Please refer the attachment of requirement.

Hi, This could be possible in the simple forms, Attached a sample project and video.

You can add CSS styles to it further. But, this cannot be done in normal forms.
