How can I hide Actions from Users

I want to hide the manage category of actions from non-admin users on a report I created. How do I do this?

To do this you need to either locate, or create, the configuration for the type of entity displayed on your report. Once you have this you can create an Action Visibility Rule to restrict who can and cannot see actions within the portal.
This document will describe how to build one.

The above linked documentation is deprecated. This is the new link for Action Visibility Rule documentation: https://documentation.decisions.com/docs/action-visibility-rules
Its also worth noting that to hide an Action Category, as opposed to just a single action, you will need to specify this in the Action Visibility Rule.
Ive attached an image that shows this. By extension, a Sub Category is hidden in the same manner.
