Hi,

I wanted to get some information about backups. Are there any services that need to be turned off when creating a backup of the files mentioned or of the database?

Hey,

There is nothing on our end that needs to be turned off to allow you to take a backup of Decisions local DB. That being said if you have flows running that are saving data into the database your snapshot maybe incomplete. We do not require anything specific of you to be able to backup your SQL DB.
