Escalate By Email

I have a need to provide task escalation by Email. I have an escalate email response for this and only specific users get that email. My question is, how would i handle multiple escalation events? There is the possibility of escalating the task multiple times and each time assigning the task to a new user based on a matrix. Can you provide an example of how to do this without having to chain multiple task assignments and handling the escalation response for each one.

Hello Christopher,
We should make use of our warning,late,escalation date flows to accomplish this. Using these flows we can assign the the account to a user based on whatever criteria you set in the flow. Ive included a small example on how this works.
