Dynamic link in process folder comment

Im using the SaveEntitiesStep to write a comment to a process folder. Within the step Im using Merge HTML Text to build a dynamic link in the Comment Description field. However, when viewing the comment in the process folder the link is displayed as plain text.
Is there a way to accomplish this?

I wanted to confirm are you referring to the Description(the label on the first panel in the process folder) or Comments added in the folder activity.
