I am looking for a way to to give a user a user access to run a schedule job. This user is non-admin so they will not have access to the system folder. Is there a way that the user can still run the scheduled job.

We can create a new dashboard and report with a report source, Job Schedule and filter for the Job entity name.
We will need to grant the user administrator permissions to the Schedule Jobs folder(under System>Jobs & Events) so they are able to use the Run Job action on the report.0
