[font=Roboto]I have a flow that when running on a normal pc browser everything shows up correctly, but on a mobile device, the fields are empty or as 0 values?[/font]

Hi, Its possible that the user account running the flow that displays this form does not have Can Use permissions for the connection folder of the MySQL integration. You can check this by navigating to System > Integrations > Databases, right-clicking the folder with the connections name, and adding Can Use for All Users through Manage > Manage Permissions in its context menu.
