Easy way to reuse form components etc

  • We are building a form to calculate the policy. In this form, we have a tree with Coverage(the first entity) and each Coverage contains several Sub coverages (second entity). This tree is dynamic, so these entities are displayed based on some parameters (so when we enter this flow, we see this tree with only available Coverages Sub coverages). Near each sub coverage, we have a checkbox (this part is fully realized by using mixed repeater).
Our aim: when we check the checkbox near one of the Sub coverage, we want to see a predefined set of fields ( numeric field with the label or dropdown, see attached example). Our vision is, that it can be hardcoded, so each of the Sub coverage will have its grid, which will be shown based on visibility rules. But the issue is that we have around 300 Sub coverages, and adding a grid to each of them is very time-consuming and not effective. At the same time, this component is used in multiple forms. So when we need to change some characteristics of the Sub coverage we will need to go to each form where we use this logic.
Is there a way to create a separate form or rule or flow that will allow us to save the characteristics for each Sub coverage in one place, and then reuse it in other flows or forms?

In a User Contol, you could configure a Vertical Stack containing all of those grids and their relevant Visibility Rules, Data Flows, or Validation Rules then reuse it in other forms.
