How to view completed processes

Can you please tell me how to look at historical processes that have completed execution and see the path the process followed?

Instead, we advise the use of database structures (for example: Flow Execution Extensions and Case Entities) that have built in process tracking and/ or logging steps to view the execution path/ details of each flow.
