Allow user to set a time span

I need to let a user set a time span and then save it to a database to be used in a flow. I cant seem to find a control for time span and dont know how to convert a series of INTs to a timespan. What is the best way to do that?

Hello,
I am not seeing a way to set a timespan with a form component or even in a flow given some integers. Could you give us some more info on your use-case? How are planning to use the timespan once it is set? There might be a different way to accomplish what you are doing without using a timespan.

Thank you for responding. I have a few spots in my flow where I use a "Pause Flow" step. Those will mostly always be the same but they want the Management of the department that work the assignments in this flow to be able to change that time span themselves without having access to the flow. I created a table that holds the constants for all the processes that are bundled into this project and set two of the fields to be of type "timespan". I am then trying to create a flow to act as a control panel where they can change the duration of those pauses
