I have noticed that the C:Program FilesDecisionsFileStorage directory is using up alot of space. Can this be moved to a non-OS partition?

You can move it to a non OS partition by specifying the new path in the "FileStorageLocation" settings of the Setting.xml File that is found under C:Program FilesDecisionsDecisions Services Manager.
