Hello!

The only method to pull the Date section from Create Data step is to set the Date on the Create Data step to "Current Date Time" but when this value is mapped elsewhere in the flow, we can use the {variable|.date as input instead of just the whole variable.

Another option is to use another step instead of "Create Data" step called "Get Current Date Without Time" step. This step will provide only the date.

Hi,

I have a entity data structure and one of the fields needs to have formatting of Short date. When I tried to do that I couldnt find the options below to select for Entity Data Structure. I am able to that in a Database structure. Please let me know if there is any possibility to achieve that.

Hello Divya,

Based on the Entity Data structure.png screenshot, it looks like the BookingMaxSellDate field is set to string type rather than DateTime type. Can you please edit the data structure and confirm the datatype of that field and set it to DateTime if its not already set to and let us know if you are able to take the short date from it?

I have tested by creating a entity data structure and made it as Date Time but I am not able to select the Short Date.
I am getting an error as shown in screenshot.
