Exporting/Importing a Form with Active Form Flows

I am working on a form that includes active form flows. When I export that form and import it elsewhere it doesnt seem to be including those active form flows.
Any thoughts on how I can make sure those are included along with my export? -
When exporting the project there will be a Advanced Options drop down. Once selected you will see a check box for Hidden Items. Selecting this will export any hidden elements that may not be seen in the designer folders. Included below is a screenshot for reference.
