Filtering out Category Actions

Hello All,
I currently have an entity that I’m using as the source of a report for a dashboard. I managed to filter out actions for a row on the report, but I was unable to filter out actions when I selected more than one row in the report. What I’m looking for is to only show “Delete Requests” as the only action a user can perform when multiple rows are selected. Is there a way to do this?

Hello Sam,
One way to hide the group actions for a datatype being used in a report would be to create an action visibility rule in the Entity’s configuration folder. Below is a link to our documentation site that covers how to create an action visibility rule.
From the screenshot, since the remaining two actions are categories, we would need to customize the rule to filter them out. Below is an example of a rule that will hide both the “Add” and “Manage” categories, along with their child actions.
