Hi,
We recently upgraded our Decisions server from version 6.3.0 to version 6.7.2 and are now receiving the attached error message in the interface.
Can you advise on how we resolve this?

This validation issue is the result of migrating a Decisions database. An error is thrown when this file does not exist or the GUID doesnt match. To resolve it, navigate to Program FilesDecisionsDecisions Services ManagerInstancesControl and check for a databaseid.txt file. In this text file, it should only have a GUID that matches the value of dbsettings_id from the platform_version table (select * from platform_version) and restart Service Host Manager. Also, check the Servers folder in Decisions under System > Administration and make sure the server has Can Be Job Server checked in its properties.

Decisions does this so that Schedule Jobs do not fire off from test servers.
Howdy, Stranger!
