Hide/Show DataFields in AdvancedDataGrid

Hi,
I have a case when 2 users from different user groups should see the same page with an advanced data grid on it.
1st User (lets say Admin) should see all of the fields that are available on the report.
2nd User (lets say Customer) should see all the same data except of 3 specific columns.
