A few questions regarding decisions capabilities

Hello, I had some questions regarding decisions capabilities
How does Decisions integrate with MS Dynamics? Are there any built-in step to do it ?
If I have a custom step I would like to develop is that it possible? If yes, then what skill set is recommended for someone doing the development?
They has BI system and they want periodically Decisions send some required data to BI system to update dashboard. How Decisions can do it?

No problem!
- Yes, you can download the MSCRM (Microsoft CRM) module, which will connect to your Dynamics instance. Please see the following documentation on our MSCRM module, and the documentation on how to install modules in decisions.
The short answer is yes, you can create their own custom steps/flows/rules using code and in fact, our SDK makes its fairly simple for technical users to extend behavior Please see below documentation for some guidance (note this is not an exhaustive list but a good starting point for using our SDK).

As far as required skills, for more simple requirements, any basic programming knowledge and experience working with an IDE should be sufficient as long as you follow along with our documentation as you are doing it. If you want to create things we use designers for like flows and rules, Id recommend some experience in .Net, entity framework, and sql server. As far as connecting PowerBI or any other BI software, If its able to connect to our DB or make rest calls, then decisions will be able to send it any information it needs.
Howdy, Stranger!
