Permissions When Importing Data From CSV

    Hi! Im currently administrating a Decisions server and I need to allow one of my users to Import Data From CSV to a Datastructure.
    Ive already given him all permissions available to the account to use on the Datastructures folder but the option to Import Data From CSV still doesnt appear.
    How can I achieve this?
