Dynamically Changing Label

Hi,
Is there a way to dynamically change a label within a page, for example if a run flow button is used can I change the label in the page within that flow?Read the documentation and saw the Data Label component but not really sure if thats what needs to be used or how to use it.
(Using Decisions V8)
