Mobile Forms in iOS

I notice on some of the controls they automatically switch to a “mobile” version when viewed on a phone. Is there a way to turn this behavior off for the form entirely? Or even better would be a way to control it on a per control basis. Wasn’t sure if this was something iOS does or something Decisions does.

That is something controlled by IOS. You might try specifying custom CSS classes for these components with the !important flag.
