If we change a stored procedure on the application database that is called with an exec with return step in Decisions do we need to select the edit procedure in the system integration folder? The data input and returned is not changing, just how the stored proc gets the data to be returned.

This does not require any change on the Decisions side. We only require a regeneration if the inputs/outputs have been modified.
