[font=Roboto, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]I am not able to add a Comment to a Process Folder that was setup outside of the Task’s Warning Flow. An email that gets sent out within that step sends out, but the comment doesnt seem to be adding. Is it possible to add a comment outside of the flow?[/font]

Hey Guy, you will need to use a different step to create this comment.
The easiest way to do this is to use a Save Entities step. Once you have this step available set its type = Comment and select build data as the input mapping option.

Once you have this you will need to map values into these 3 fields, you can leave the others blank:
[b]CommentName[/b] - whatever you want
[b]CommentDescription[/b] - whatever you want
[b]EntityFolderID[/b] - Use the entity folder id value of the assignment to ensure that the comment gets added to the appropriate folder(Process) when your warn flows executes.
