Is there a way to get runtime mapping details on a given flow? I want to be able to view what data is being used in flow (including data from user defined types).

Attached is a flow that will generate a report of all Designer elements inside of a folder. In this flow you will need to input the folder ID for the folder containing the flow and the To address for the send email step.

Alternatively, f youd rather do this via Project name, their exists a step [b]Generate Report For Module Name[/b]. You will need to add your flow to a project and input that project name into the step.

Once the flow is fully configured, debug the flow. Open the .html file and navigate to the flow in question, for each step in the flow input data and outcomes are shown.
