Hello All,

For some odd reason, Service Host Manager refused to start. Below is a snippet error message I received from the SHM logs. Is there something I should check to get this resolved?

[Exception]:System.InvalidOperationException: The ConnectionString property has not been initialized.

Hello Sam,

From the error message, the most likely cause is incorrect credentials being used to access the database, preventing Decisions from establishing a connection. I would check to see if the credentials have been updated recently, and if needed, would update the connection string in the installer.
