  • Hello, since you sent in 2 questions, Im going to repost them in Bold with the answers underneath to make it a bit easier to read.

    [b]1. How do I create a user who is a portal user only?[/b]
    To do this, you would just create a normal user as you would any other, but when you assign them to a group, make sure the group does not have access to the studio, such as all users or a custom created group. Groups that do have access out of the box are administrators and designers.

    This is actually really easy to do, and there are a few ways. Im linking a document below that will help you accomplish this, which will show the published flow both in the workflow catalog, and in the accompanying folder, and you can pick which one will best fit your use case
