Can no longer log into Primary Instance

I created my account on a specific tenant in a multi-tenant environment and cannot log into the primary instance. How can I resolve this?

In order to resolve this issue, the account must first be deleted from the Primary tenant. Once its deleted, it needs to be recreated as an administrator on the Primary tenant. This should resolve your issue and allow you to log into both the Primary instance AND the specific tenants you link the account to.
