Theme Editor to change Navigation pane

Id like to make the following changes to my Decisions environment, specifically on the navigation pane, how can I accomplish these?
1) Change the background color of selected or hovered folders
2) Change the background color of selected, but not hovered folders
3) Font color

Ill address these in order:
1) Theme Editor > Studio > Color > Primary > Light
2) Theme Editor > Studio > Color > Accent > Light1
3) Right click on folder > Manage > Set Look and Feel
