Hi team,

We are working using Scrum and forms/files are being exported in sprints.

Now we have successfully delivered our first sprint with some forms and flows.

What is the best practices to export and import (new files) to a new environment? Should we keep creating new folders and export every work and import? Or just identify the forms that has been edited, and import necessary files only?

Hi,

This is dependent on a few things, such as project sizing, whether or not you have a repository server, whether you are able to reliably identify everything that needs exporting.

Assuming you dont have access to a repository server, the easiest approach would be to import / export the full project each time, however if you can reliably identify everything needed for export / import or if the project sizing is of massive proportions this would be the correct approach.

If you are utilizing a repository server, standard check in / checkout would work, or retrieving resources by branch.
