Changing a field properties from required to not

Hi,
Is it possible to change property of a field based on a dropdown? For example, I have a dropdown with choices Major and Minor. If major is selected, certain fields is required while if minor is selected, other fields setup with required will change to not required. Is this possible with active form rules? If so, what control/s to be used?
Thanks and regards,

Hi Ezra,
While using active form flows, we are finding it difficult to get the selected value from the dropdown inside the flow. Therefore, I have used Validation flow to achieve the requirement. Based on Validating Form Data with a Flow documentation, I have framed a logic to achieve your requirement and have attached the sample project here. Please refer to it and feel free to reach out to us at support@decisions.com if you have any questions.
Thanks
