Hello All,

When I was checking the designer studio settings, I saw an option to enable bulk name change action. What exactly does enabling this action do?

Hi Sam,

The bulk name change action enables the "Rename Data Type in Folder" action for designer folders. This action alters the reference for one data type by name, to another datatype for every flow,rule,report,etc inside the folder. This action is recommended to be used only by more advanced users of Decisions, as it can cause unintended consequences in a project. The action can be found under the "Others" tab, when right clicking a desginer folder.
