V7 hide duplicate action in case view

I am using a case entity for my project. I have custom use actions. In the case view of a record I see that the actions get duplicated between the gray bar of the case view page and the pinned action bar of the folder. Is there a way to get rid of the action bar so the action is only in the grey bar?

There is a control on the Case Entity data structure that will allow you to hide the default action bar when viewing the case view. Please see attach image.
